FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police responded to a crash just before 1 a.m. on Union Avenue Sunday morning, November 14, and an hour later arrested a Marlborough man.

Police were called to a “single vehicle accident into a telephone pole,” at 12:51 a.m. at 595 Union Avenue.

“The operator then walked away from the scene but was quickly located,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested at 2:08 a.m. Teylon Duarte, 32, of 908 Apple Briar Lane of Marlborough.

he was charged with operating a motor vehicle after license suspended and leaving the scene of a property damage crash.

Duarte was not injured in the crash, said police.
