FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a New Jersey teen on Friday afternoon, November 5, on multiple motor vehicle charges.

“This was a motor vehicle stop.  The operator was found to be operating unlicensed and uninsured.  The attached plates also belonged to another vehicle,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

Police arrested at 1063 Worcester Road Jorge Luis Mateo-Nunez, 19, of Passiac, new Jersey.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license, operating a motor vehicle with no insurance, operating a motor vehicle with no registration, attaching wrong plates, stealing plates from another vehicle.
