FRAMINGHAM – Chase has opened its newest MetroWest branch in Framingham , where it will servecustomers and small businesses. The branch is located at 120 Worcester Road and will be staffed by eight bankers who live and work in the local community.

“We are thrilled to open our doors to the Framingham community and support our neighbors’
financial needs,” said Chase branch manager Lorraine Miranda. “This branch will offer
customized financial solutions to help people make the most of their money.”

The new branch was designed to create a casual and relevant space for the community. There
are various meeting spaces such as casual booths, meeting pods, an open living room, and a
digital access bar. The branch will also host regular Chase Chats which are financial health
workshops focusing on topics like financial fitness, budgeting and saving, and paths to
homeownership.

While Chase is new to Framingham, the firm has had a presence in Massachusetts for more
than 20 years and employs more than 1,300 people around the state through its branch
network, as well as Commercial Banking and Private Bank offices. Chase currently serves more
than one million customers in the region through its credit card, home lending, auto finance
and other businesses.

JPMorgan Chase has been an active supporter of Boston and its neighborhoods through a
number of investments aimed at strengthening the community through inclusive growth,
affordable housing and critical job skills development.

Last year, JPMorgan Chase invested $13 million to increase economic empowerment and unlock potential for individuals and families throughout the state.
