Traffic Alert: Road Construction in Framingham Week of November 7, 2021

FRAMINGHAM – The following are road construction projects scheduled for the City of Framingham the week of November 7.

Projects are City of Framingham, MassDOT, and utility projects.

All work is subject to change, and is weather permitting.

Expect delays and detours in some locations.

Arch Street Gas Main Replacement: Eversource Gas will begin replacing gas main on Arch Street. Expect minor delays. Police details will be on-site to facilitate traffic.

Berry Street Gas Main Replacement: Eversource gas will continue replacing gas main on Berry Street. Expect minor delays. A one-way alternating traffic pattern will be in effect.

Edgell Road and Edmands Road Gas Main Replacement: Eversource Gas will continue replacing gas main on Edgell Road and Edmands Road. Expect moderate to significant delays. A one-way alternating traffic pattern or road closures and a detour will be in effect.

Grove Street Roadway and Drainage Improvements (Between Edmands Road and Winch Street): Punch-list items. Expect minor to moderate delays. Police details will be on-site to facilitate traffic as needed.

Union Avenue Gas Main Replacement: Eversource Gas will replace gas main on Union Avenue between Prescott Street and Union Ave. Terrace. Expect minimal to moderate delays. A one-way alternating traffic pattern will be in effect.
 
Wood Terrace Gas Main Replacement: Eversource Gas will continue replacing gas main on Wood Terrace. Expect minor delays. Police details will be on-site to facilitate traffic.
