FRAMINGHAM – Wednesday, November 3, Saint Bridget School donated $1,000 to the Ellie Fund.

“At Saint Bridget School, we understand we are part of a community that goes beyond our school walls, and our mission drives us to love and take care of that greater community. Yesterday, our Student Council presented Kellie Light, the Development and Fundraising Assistant at the Ellie Fund, with a check for $1,000.03,” said the school in a press release.

This is thanks to our incredible community who came out in support of our Pink Day in October, said the school.

Light told the Framingham-based school the donation will help 4 local families with their daily living (groceries, utilities, driving back and forth to the hospital).

What an incredible way to give back to our community – and we have a new goal to beat for next year! THANK YOU to everyone who supported this wonderful organization,” said the school.
