NATICK – Natick Public Schools is hosting a COVID vaccine clinic for individuals age 5 and older on November 13, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Kennedy Middle School.

Pfizer’s COVID vaccine has been approved for students ages 5-11

This clinic is open to ANYONE who needs a vaccine, adult or child, ages 5-100.

“Let’s get our 5-11 year olds vaccinated so we can move away from masking, in school testing and back to normal school living,” said Natick Public Schools in an email to families.

There are two forms you must fill out at the site: (COVID Clinic Consent Form 1 and COVID Clinic Consent Form 2).
