FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham will conduct curbside leaf collection the week of November 1-5 on your regular trash collection day.

Please remember the following practices if you plan to take advantage of the curbside leaf/yard waste collection:

  • Yard waste is defined as leaves, grass, and non-woody organic garden waste only. Yard waste does not include sod, dirt, sand, gravel, or rocks.
  • Place leaves, grass clippings, plant waste, and light trimmings in reusable containers marked “yard waste” or paper leaf bags.
  • Bags and containers cannot exceed 40 pounds/35 gallons.

Yard waste/leaves not conforming to these guidelines will not be collected and will be left at the curb.

If you miss this week’s collection, yard waste and brush can be dropped off at the Yard Waste Facility located on Dudley Road. The facility is open on Fridays and Saturdays: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m..
