ASHLAND – A MetroWest doggie day care located on Route 135 is on the market for $1.125 million.

If you are a pet owner who strives for pet care like you give to “man’s best friend” at your home, then you may guess who is selling.

Marlene Aron, of Metrowest Commercial RE, the listing broker said “this facility has cageless day & overnight visits, a  55″ flat screen TV & custom made couches throughout for napping & overnight guests.  Pets who prefer cages are given the option.  Outdoor playgrounds are always manned and an overnight human is always on site.”

Aron has listed the facility for $1.125 million.

This includes a 5-plus acre site, a virtually new facility after a major renovation & new addition and the longtime established business.

“The current owners operate another facility North of Boston as well and are ready to simply their lives a bit.  They will stay on to help with the transition period and strive to sell to people who care about continuing their unique style of care for the privileged pet,” she said.

Interested buyers should email ma@metrowestcre.com for more info.
