FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Uvonne Spicer will appear on a Brazilian radio show at 8:30 tonight, October 12.

“Yvonne Spicer made history on January 1, 2018 not only because she was the first black woman elected mayor of Framingham but also because on that very day Framingham became a city. On Nov. 2, Framingham voters will go to the polls to decide who will govern the city for years to come. Margareth Shepard, Everton Costa and Heloisa Galvão will interview the mayor about her first term and future plans if she is re-elected,” noted the Facebook post.
