FRAMINGHAM – The MetroWest Drug Task Force arrested a Framingham man on Thursday afternoon October 7 on drug distribution charges.

Police arrested Howard O. Roach, 69, listed with no known address in Framingham at 1:47 p.m. at the 7-Eleven at the corner of Route 135 and Route 126.

Roach was charged with 2 counts of possession of a Class D drug to distribute.

Members of the MetroWest Drug Task Force “observed a drug transaction occur between Roach and another individual,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

“Roach was stopped and found to be in possession of a Ziplock bag, which contained 44 individual bags of marijuana,” said Lt. Mickens.
