FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham man on a charge of operating while under the influence of alcohol, for the second time.
On Friday night, October 2, Framingham Police received a report of an “erratic operator.”
At 10:15 p.m. Police arrested a man at 410 Union Avenue. Arrested was Rolando Monzon, 55, of 220 Beacon Street of Framingham.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense, operating a motor vehicle after license suspended for OUI, failure to stay within marked lanes, possession of a class a drug (Fentanyl/heroin), subsequent offense.
“The officer that conducted the stop made observations of the operator that were consistent with someone under the influence of alcohol. Through the interaction with the operator the officer formed the opinion that he was operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor. He was placed under arrest for this charge, it was also determined that his driver’s license was suspended,” said Lt. Robert Sibilio.
