1 Governor Charlie Baker and Lt. Gov. Karyn Polito will be in Framingham today for the ground breaking for a new building for MassBay Community College. Framingham’s Mayor is also expected to attend the invite only event.

2. According to the Mayor’s publicly posted schedule, besides theMassBay groundbreaking event, the Mayor will be holding an event at the YMCA tonight to celebrate the City’s intern program. The City had about 5-6 interns this summer.

5. The MetroWest Conference Women will hold its 5th Annual VIP night at the Sheraton tonight.

The 5th Annual Conference is Thursday, September 30 at the Sheraton. It is a hybrid model this year with a sold-out crowd of 250 guests and more than 150 attendees watching online.
