FRAMINGHAM – Four vehicles were broken into overnight on Monday, September 27.

Vehicles were reported broken into on Central Street, Desoto Avenue, and Fairbrook Road, according to Framingham Police.

“One vehicle was missing a set of keys,” according to Framingham Police. “One vehicle was missing a small purse containing toiletries.  Nothing appeared to be taken from the other vehicles.”

Two men were “seen exiting a white Mercedes SUV on Fairbrook and trying to break into cars,” said Framingham Police Lt. Rachel Mickens.

She said the police reports said one man was “wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt with black gym shorts.  The other male suspect had a white hoodie sweatshirt.”

“A white Mercedes was seen in the area but sped away from officers and was not able to be stopped,” said Framingham Police spokesperson Lt. Mickens. “It is believed to have a stolen plate attached.”

Residents are reminded to lock their vehicles at night, and to not leave valuables in the vehicle in plain sight. They should be taken into the house or locked in the trunk.
