FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham High girls volleyball team came out strong against league powerhouse Wellesley Tuesday night, but dropped a close match 3-2 to the Raiders.

Game scores 25-18,18-25, 25-21, 12-25, 15-9. 

Paige Lamberson played great defense with 15 digs and served strong with 4 aces and 9 points on serve, said head coach Emily Viti.

Violet Kalmar also played a great match with6 aces and 12 points on serve, said Coach Viti.

Phoebe Savas added 6 kills. 

Next up for the Flyers is the Timberwolves of Walpole High on Thursday at Framingham High.
