FRAMINGHAM – Police were called to the Arlington & Waushakum street neighborhood last night at 8:19 p.m. for a report of an armed man.
At one point, the Mass State Police bomb squad was on scene.
At 8:50 p.m. Police arrested David Kessler, 25, of 6 Cindy Lane of Andover.
He was charged with possession of a firearm with out an FID card (4 counts), possession of ammunition without FID card, possession of dangerous weapon, and 4 counts multiple counts of miscellaneous firearm charges
