FRAMINGHAM – Summer Haarala, assisted by her sister Brooke, scored the game-winning goal for the Framingham High girls soccer team yesterday, September 25 against Waltham High.
It was the lone goal of the game, as the Flyers won 1-0.
Junior Katherine Miller made a great pass to Brooke Haarala, who passed to Summer Haarala, who scored in the first half.
The sisters combined for five of the six shots for the Flyers on Saturday.
Girls soccer travels to Wellesley for a game on Tuesday, September 28.
