FRAMINGHAM – R. Michael Germain passed away on September 21, 2021, at the age of 45 after a brief battle with leukemia.

Raised and educated in Framingham, MA. Michael is the son of Raymond A. & Deborah (Slade) Germain, loving husband of Karla Germain, and proud father of Isabella and Giovanni Germain.

Michael passed away surrounded by loved ones who will continue to honor his legacy by living their lives to the fullest. Michael’s love of life didn’t come to an end with his death, he had a passionate love affair with cars that led him to work as an auto technician in many auto brands. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Michael.

He loved spending time with his wife and kids, attending all their sports games and meets, watching movies and football games, going out for ice cream runs and car rides around town. He had an uncanny ability to find humor in his daily activities. His pleasant personality was contagious to everyone he met and was able to leave a footprint everywhere he went. Without a doubt his bright smile will forever be missed.

Michael also leaves his brother Slade Germain, his aunt and uncle Nancy and Douglas Slade and his aunt Carol Germain.

Family and friends will honor and remember Michael’s life by gathering for a time of visitation at the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln Street in Framingham on Tuesday, September 28 from 4 to 7 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Michael’s name to: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society – New England, P.O. Box 22471, New York, NY 10087-2471, https://givenow.lls.org.
