NATICK – Scott Michael Dolan of Natick, passed away suddenly on Friday September 10, 2021 at age 31.

Son of Charles Tyrone Mangum of Hamilton Township NJ, and the late Barbara Jean Dolan of Natick MA. Loving father of Aliyah Barbara Dolan and Jakobe Gavin Dolan. Brother of Gary, Jay, Chad, and Marcus Dolan. Scott is survived by many nieces and nephews, and his former wife Vanessa Merlos of Framingham.

Scott enjoyed track, basketball, and music.

Of his many athletic accomplishments while attending Keefe Technical High School he set a new record with a time of 15:31 in a 2.8 mile course in 2007.

Scott is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in the Afghanistan War, where he served honorably as a United States Marine from 2009-2012.

The discipline and patriotism learnt while serving our country never left him, as friends and family will confirm. He was also a man with an enormous heart, and showed kindness to all he met. His infectious smile will live on in all those he touched.

A memorial visitation honoring Scott’s life will be held in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street Natick on Sunday September 26 from 3 to 7 p.m.

he family will have a private interment at a later date.
