FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham held a vigil and a ceremony to mark the 20th anniversary of September 11 this morning.

Framingham Police Chief Lester Baker spoke at the ceremony and said ““As a police officer and first responder, I’m gonna sit here and say I think we have forgotten as a nation at times.”

Chief Baker and Assistant Fire Chief John Schultz challenged the larger-than-normal crowd to “never forget.”

SOURCE is covering multiple events today and will have more photos and a full report later.
