FRAMINGHAM – A juvenile was crossing the street on her bicycle when she was struck by a driver of a vehicle turning onto Concord Street on Friday, September 3 just before 2:30 p.m., according to police.

The female cyclists suffered minor injuries, said Lt. Rachel Mickens.

The driver was issued a citation.

The crash happened at the intersection of Concord and Howard streets in downtown Framingham.
