ASHLAND – Work continues on Route 126 in Ashland this week.
Eversource Gas crews will be working at the intersection of Eliot/Pond Street. They should have this particular section completed early next week.
A second Eversource crew is currently working on Tuffs. Both crews will continue to connect services along Route 126 for the next couple of weeks.
Target completion date is Labor Day weekend.

Road crews are working near 249 Pond Street, which is near the Honey Dew Donuts conducting drainwork and running piping at the culvert. Crews will be moving jersey barriers at the end of this into early next week, so please be cautious of new driving patterns.
Please note, crews are witnessing a high volume of traffic on Pond Street/ 126 at 9:30 am, 11:30 am, and from 2:30 pm on. Give yourself enough time to travel on this busy main road.
