FRAMINGHAM – Police officers were called to Essex Street Monday night, August 16, for a report of a breaking & entering.
Police arrested Nikeyel Lugo, 20, of 33 Essex Street. He was charged with unarmed burglary.
The victim and Lugo knew each other, according to police.
Nothing was stolen, said police.
