FRAMINGHAM – Los Pinos Mexican & Salvadorean Restaurant will be open longer, after a vote of the Framingham License Commission.

The downtown Framingham restaurant, located at 183 Concord Street approached the License Commission with a request to extend its alcohol license hours.

The establishment plans to keep its Monday through Wednesday hours the same, which are currently noon to 10 p.m., but wanted to extend their hours to 1 a.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

“I feel like 1 o’clock is excessive,” said License Commission Laura Medrano.

She suggested ending their alcohol service at 11 p.m. instead.

Commissioner Sara Porter made the motion to approve the alcohol license change in hours.

It passed 3-1, with Medrano in opposition.
