FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man was arrested over the weekend and charged with stealing a puppy from a Wellesley home last week.

Wellesley Police, with the assistance of Framingham Police, located Ember, an 8-month old black lab, in a Framingham yard on Sunday.

Arrested by Wellesley Police was Manuel Sierra, 40. he is charged with receiving stolen property over $1,200 and conspiracy.

A 32-year-old woman, whom police have not publicly identified, will be summonsed to court., in collection with the dog theft.
