FRAMINGHAM – The Christa McAuliffe Charter School is advertising for a Academic Operations, Data and Assessment Coordinator
The Framingham-based public charter school is an expeditionary learning school for 400 scholars in grades 6-8.
“The Academic Operations Data and Assessment Coordinator is a detail-oriented, collaborative individual who helps achieve the mission of the school by supporting the daily academic operations of the school, as well as collecting and analyzing data that drives instruction and school operations. The AODA Coordinator liaises with McAuliffe’s Instructional Leadership Team and manages and audits academic and school performance data in order to identify trends, improve practices, and inform critical decision-making,” noted the posting.
The Academic Operations, Data and Assessment Coordinator is a full time, which reports directly to the Executive Director.

The individuals would be in charge of data and assessment management and serve as the point person for external organizations in relation to assessment administration, including DESE, NWEA, etc.
The individual would also with the support of the Director of Teaching and Learning, plan, schedule, and administer all major assessments (e.g., MCAS, ACCESS, MAP, and summer intake assessments).
Other responsibilities include:
- Support academic intervention efforts through data tracking, analysis, and reporting. McAuliffe routinely gathers and analyzes data to support its scholars through data dashboards and other means.
- Collect and securely maintain assessment results in the school’s student information system.
- Generate progress reports and special education progress reports.
- Oversee data entry; ensure integrity of data; perform data analysis to support school initiatives.
Applicants are required to have a B.A./B.S.with a M.A. preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in data analytics from education, public, or private sectors will be considered. Portuguese and/or Spanish proficiency preferred
