FRAMINGHAM – Middle school and high school teens are invited to create neon signs at the Framingham Public Library in July.
There is one workshop at the Christa McAuliffe Library branch on July 14 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. and one workshop at the main Framingham Library on Friday, July 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
