FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man, 48, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Wednesday, July 7, and charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and driving with no license.

Police stopped a vehicle on Hollis Street at 2:43 p.m. for failure to stay within marked lanes.

After speaking with the driver, the officer determined that he was operating under the influence of alcohol and also did not have a license, according to the police spokesperson Lt. Rachel Mickens.

 Arrested at 3 a.m. was Marcos Solano Hernandez, 48, of 36 Mellen Street in Framingham. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle with no driver’s license, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and a failure to stay within marked lanes.
