ASHLAND – There is heavy police presence in Ashland this morning, July 7 near Myrtle Street.

Ashland Police and Mass State Police have been seen in that neighborhood area, searching for a suspect, for hours.

At this time, Ashland Police is referring all questions to Massachusetts State Police and the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office.

SOURCE has contacted both for a statement.

Police have said there is no danger to the public, but did not state why the suspect is wanted, on its social media page.
