FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police Department held its first post-pandemic promotion ceremony today, July 6, at Nevins Hall in the Memorial Building.
The department promoted three officers to lieutenant, including one woman. Promoted to Lt. were Tom McCarthy, Bob Sibilio, and Rachel Mickens.
The department also promoted four officers to sergeant – Brian Curtis, Jay Ball, Rony Cesar, and Andrew Crawford.
