FRAMINGHAM – Angelina J. (Alves) DiFolco-McMahon, 87, a longtime resident of Framingham, died Thursday, July 1, 2021, following a lengthy illness.

Born in Milford the daughter of the late Francisco & Regina Alves, she was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. DiFolco, and the late Philip J. McMahon.

Angelina was raised and educated in Milford. She settled in Framingham with Joe where they would raise their family. She worked for many years at General Electric, eventually staying home to take care of Joe who was in ill health, she also worked part time at Honey Dew Doughnuts.

Angelina filled those around her with joy and laughter. She was a friend to everyone she met, and instilled in her children and grandchildren a great sense of family. Angelina loved playing Bingo and was an avid knitter.  Her family and friends were the lucky recipients of many scarves, hats, slippers and blankets over the years. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Angelina is survived by her children, Joseph DiFolco & his wife Kelley of Hudson, Joann Mabie & her husband Bill of Natick, Pamela Burns & her husband Charlie of Plympton, her grandchildren Justin, Annalise, Cody, Jesse and Charlie, her great grandchildren, Jaxsin and Natalie, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her husbands, Angelina was predeceased by her siblings, Francis, Mary, Robert, Beatrice, and Aurora.

Family and friends will honor and remember Angelina’s life by gathering for her graveside services on Friday morning, July 9 in St. Stephen Cemetery, Fenwick Street, Framingham at 10:00 o’clock.
