FRAMINGHAM – A Framingham man, who won a $1 million lottery prize in 2017, has won another $1 million prize.

In June 2021, Framingham resident Stephen Toto won a $1 million prize playing the Massachusetts State lottery’s ‘The Fastest Road to $1 million’ instant ticket game.

Toto did not originally intend to purchase the $30 ticket when he stopped at the A-1 Gulf, but at the last moment he decided to purchase and hit $1 million, said the Massachusetts Lottery.

But this was not his first time winning. In December 2017, Toto won $1 million prize after playing the Massachusetts State lottery’s ‘$4,000,000 payout’ game in December 2017.

Both times, Toto chose the cash option which is a lump sum of about $650,000 before taxes.

The lucky ticket was purchased at A-1 Gulf in Framingham, which is located at 483 Concord Street. The store will receive $20,000 as a commission for selling the big winning ticket.
