Framingham Man, 34, Arrested on Sexual Assault & Battery Charge

FRAMINGHAM – Police officers arrested a Framingham man on a sexual assault & battery charge.

Police arrested at 9:58 p.m. on Highland Street Eduar E. Valle, 34, of 15 Highland Street in Framingham. He was charged with indecent sexual assault & battery on an individual over age 14, and outside warrants.

Police said it was not clear, but the victim and the man arrested may be acquaintances.

The assault including “grabbing of breasts,” according to police.
