FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Housing Authority held a staff appreciation lunch last Thursday, June 17.

“I wanted to show my appreciation to the staff for the last 15 months of hard work during the pandemic. They didn’t miss a day,” said Paul Lander. “As the Executive Director of Framingham Housing I am beyond proud to lead such a great team.”

Several Housing Authority Commissioners Stephen P. Starr, Janice Rogers, Janet Leombruno, and Phyllis May attended the event.

The Framingham Housing Authority is a quasi-state agency, that manages and administers state and federal housing in the city of Framingham.

The mission of the Authority is “to provide, safe, sanitary and secure housing for extremely low to moderate-income families while promoting and encouraging economic self-sufficiency and creating a welcoming environment for residents to live. The Housing Authority works with private and public entities to optimize resources through innovative programs. The FHA works collaboratively with City, State and Federal agencies to assist with creating more affordable housing opportunities.”
