PHOTOS: Team New England Metro West Defeats Framingham Police

FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Police Association played a basketball game against team New England Metro West at Butterworth Park on Saturday morning, June 19.

The community policing event was also a fundraiser for the regional basketball team.

Both the Framingham Police Association and District 6 City Councilor Phil Ottaviani Jr. donated $500 to the team, for a total of $1,000 raised.

Team New England Metro West easily won the game 100-59.

The game was organized by Lt. Robert Downing. Framingham Deputy Police Chief Sean Riley played in the game, along with Lt. Downing, and several other officers.
