FRAMINGHAM – Around 2 p.m. on Wednesday, June 9, a Framingham company will start selling cannibas-infused ice cream, it announced on social media.

Customers will be able to purchase Cloud Creamery products at Western Front in Chelsea and Bud’s Goods in Worcester, according to David Yusefzadeh, the owner of Plant Jam in Framingham. It is not available for purchase in Framingham at this time.

Cloud Creamery products include three flavors to start Tanzanian vanilla, mango yozu, and dark chocolate truffle. The suggested price is $8-$9.

The Cloud Creamery ice cream comes in an 8-ounce serving size, which contains 5 mg of THC, the psychoactive component of cannabis.

“Cannabis consumers deserve edible products that will give them a unique taste profile to go along with the desired physical effects. That’s the core mission of Plant Jam,” Yusefzadeh said in a news release.

Cloud Creamery received notice from the state Cannabis Control Commission last week to commence manufacturing operations.
