SOUTHBOROUGH – It is with great sadness that the family of Glenn E. Kantorski of Southborough, former longtime resident of Sherborn, MA, and winter resident of Venice, FL, announces his passing on Sunday, May 30, 2021, after a brief illness at the age of 74.

He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years, Barbara; sons Andrew Kantorski and his wife Sarah of Holliston, MA; and Garrett Kantorski of Boston, MA. He is survived by his brother, Alan Kantorski, and several nieces and nephews.

Born in La Junta, CO, on June 23, 1946, he was the son of the late Edward and Audrey Kantorski.

Raised and educated in Concord, MA, he graduated from Concord-Carlisle High School in 1964 and later received a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Boston University in 1969.

He served in the U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1969-1972 and achieved the rank of Sergeant Specialist 5.

He then went on to receive an MBA from Babson College in 1973.  Glenn owned and operated Linear Components Company, an electronic parts distributor.

While semi-retired, he worked part time at VCG, Inc.

As an avid lacrosse fan, he enjoyed watching his sons play at Dover-Sherborn High School and at Wentworth Institute of Technology.  He frequently donated his time recycling bottles and cans to benefit local charities. In his later years, he especially loved spending time at his winter home in Venice, FL, with his wife, family, and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visiting hours and service in the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, in Natick on Sunday, June 6, 2021, from 1-4 p.m.

Burial at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne will be private.
