FRAMINGHAM – Police arrested a Framingham resident Friday morning, May 28, and charged him with breaking & entering, among other charges.

Arrested at 1:14 a.m. at 95 Clinton Street was Fedor Brikelev, 20, of 100 Lake Avenue in Framingham

He was charged with breaking & entering of a vehicle at night (felony), larceny under $1,200, possession of burgalrious tools, and trespassing at the Dennison Triangle parking garage.

Framingham Police dispatch received a report of a male inside of the parking garage riding around on a skateboard and holding a crow bar, said Framingham Police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

The caller told police heard “something being smashed shortly afterwards.”

Officers located a motor vehicle with significant damage in the garage, said Sgt. Mickens.

Officers “found Brikelev in the garage matching the description given,” said Sgt. Mickens. “After an investigation officers determined Brikelev a crow bar and spray paint to damage the vehicle.”

Brikelev was also in possession of several items stolen from the motor vehicle, including cameras, cash and personal items, said Sgt. Mickens.
