NATICK – Eliot W. Taylor, of Natick and formerly of Sherborn, passed away Thursday May 20, 2021 at age 87. 

Son of the late Charles W. Taylor and Merle (Heinstrom).  Brother of the late Carlton W. Taylor, and Harriet T. Welch. 

Eliot was a lifelong resident of Sherborn until a stroke late in life required that he move to assisted living in Framingham and then Natick. 

Eliot was an avid bird watcher who could imitate many bird calls and gave several talks at the local Audubon Sanctuary. 

He was well known at Sherborn annual Town Meetings and as a mail carrier around town. 

Eliot was justifiably proud to be called a “Town Character.” 

A graveside service will be held at Pine Hill Cemetery, Sherborn on Thursday, June 1 at 10a.m. All are welcome to attend.
