FRAMINGHAM – City of Framingham Mayor Yvonne Spicer released a video marking Memorial Day today, May 28.
For the second consecutive year, the City of Framingham will not hold a Memorial Day service, citing COVID restrictions.
Gov. Charlie Baker has lifted most restrictions, including gathering limits, as of May 29.
