MARLBOROUGH – The City of Marlborough will mark Memorial Day Monday, May 31 with a public ceremony, announced Mayor Arthur Vigeant, Veteran Services Officer Mike Hennessy and the Marlborough Veterans Council.

Mayor Vigeant will join state and local officials on Monda at 11 a.m. in front of City Hall at the Vietnam and Korean War Memorial to recognize the veterans who sacrificed their lives in service to our country.

The public is invited to attend the speaking program and honor our fallen veterans.

In addition to the speaking program, the public is invited to view the war memorials in front of both City Hall and the Walker Building that will feature a picture of the veterans on each memorial in commemoration of Memorial Day.
