FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man Thursday evening on a fugitive from justice warrant out of Connecticut.
Arrested at his home at 4:39 p.m. on May 20 was Vincente Santiago, 19, of 32 Phelps Road of Framingham
The warrant was for a larceny charge out of Connecticut, according to police.
