FRAMINGHAM – President and CEO of MutualOne Bank Mark R. Haranas has announced the hiring of two new employees in mortgage and commercial banking.

Robert J. Balderson of Natick has joined MutualOne Bank as the vice president of residential lending. Balderson has nearly two decades of experience in helping meet the residential lending needs of local people and families. In his new role, he will be responsible for promoting the Bank’s lending services to the local community through loan originations and educational seminars.

Prior to joining MutualOne Bank, he served as vice president mortgage account officer for People’s United Bank. Rob earned a bachelor’s degree from Assumption University in Worcester.

Pablo Campos of Framingham has joined MutualOne Bank as vice president commercial lender. In his new role, he will assist a wide range of local businesses with their short- and long-term financing needs. Campos has more than a decade of experience in commercial banking and lending, sales, and credit analysis.

In his previous roles for commercial banks, he managed relationships with small and commercial businesses. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and financial management services from Worcester State College.
