Framingham Police Find Man ‘Passed Out’ At Green Light at 4 a.m.

FRAMINGHAM – Framingham Police arrested a Framingham man, after they found him “passed out behind the wheel,” at the intersection of Route 30 and Route 126 at 4 a.m. on Sunday, May 16.

“Cruisers were dispatched to Cochituate and Concord of a vehicle not moving with a male passed out behind the wheel,” siad Framingham Deputy Police Chief Sean Riley.

“Cruiser arrived and observed vehicle not move when the light turned green,” said Deputy Chief Riley.

The officer then conducted an investigation, which led to the arrest of the suspect, said the deputy police chief.

Police arrested at 4:50 a.m. at the intersection Eric D. Campion, 36, of 19 Riverview Road, of Framingham. He was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.
