NATICK – Ann (Collins) Fagan, 91, of Walpole, formerly of Wellesley and Natick, ied on May 12, 2021 surrounded by her loving family and caregivers.

Beloved wife of the late Charles B. Fagan for 63 years; devoted mother and mother-in-law of Charles B. Fagan, Jr. and his wife Aimee (Mulvey) Fagan of Millis; Elizabeth A. Fagan and her husband Walter H. Soper of South Natick; Sheila M. Plecha and her husband John D. Plecha of Chicago; and Sean R. Fagan and his wife Emily (Roche) Fagan of Sudbury.

Loving grandmother of Siobhan K. of Woburn, Colleen A. of New Hampshire, Charles B., III (Brian), Bridget M. and Maura T. Fagan of Millis; Erin E. Cahill (Patrick) of Chicago and M. Ryan Plecha of Atlanta; and Mary Ellen (Nellie) and Seamus C. Fagan of Sudbury.

Loving great-grandmother of Graham D. Cahill of Chicago.

Daughter of the late Margaret (Vahey) and William E. Collins, Jr.; sister Sally (Collins) Hall of New Hampshire and brother William E. Collins, III, of Delaware. Graduate of Smith College, Class of 1950; Ed.M Harvard University 1954.

Funeral Service will be held graveside due to Covid-19 restrictions at Woodlawn Cemetery, 148 Brook Street, Wellesley on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at noon.
