FRAMINGHAM – Today, May 11 was the grand opening for 135 Grill Steakhouse on Route 135 in Framingham.

Located in the former Union House restaurant at 672 Waverley Street, the new restaurant is a combination of American and Brazilian cuisine.

There is rodizio on the menu, but there are also small tapas-style bites, fish tacos, flatbreads, and burgers too.

The restaurant owner and manager is Reginaldo Grilo, with Gabriella Bonfim as assistant manager.

The owner spent 3 months renovating the restaurant, the lounge, and the function room.

Mayor Yvonne Spicer cut the ribbon at the grand opening tonight, but left before the chef began showcasing the menu, to a packed house.

SOURCE will have a full report tomorrow.
