FRAMINGHAM – The Framingham Public Library will host Mason Jar Meals: Creating Simple on the Go Lunches on Friday, May 21,

Whether you love to cook or need new ideas, join Heidi for some cooking tips. 

She will demonstrate how to prepare simple, nutritious and delicious recipes that will satisfy everyone’s cravings. 

Learn how to eat well and still have time for summertime fun.
