FRAMINGHAM – Night Nurse Inc, a provider of triage services for pediatric, adult, and family practices, announced President and CEO Roy Pologe has been named Executive Chair.
COO Stuart Pologe will succeed Roy as President and CEO to lead the continuing growth of Night Nurse.
Roy’s new responsibilities include corporate guidance, exploring new services, and strategic partnership opportunities.
Roy Pologe commented, “I consider my greatest career accomplishment to be co-founding Night Nurse and contributing to its well-earned positioning as a pre-eminent nationwide provider of qualitative and affordable medical triage. Roy launched Night Nurse 21 years ago. Initially serving Massachusetts pediatric practices, the Company grew to provide nationwide medical triage coverage, and extended services to adult and family practices. The expanded services more than doubled during the past two years.
Stuart joined Night Nurse in 2004 and most recently served as Chief Operations Officer. He architected Night Nurse’s proprietary software system, considerably increasing operational efficiencies, helping subscribers improve outcomes, and greatly increasing Night Nurse’s market valuation.
