FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham’s Economic Development and Industrial Corporation (EDIC) and Division of Planning & Community Development (P&CD) is hosting a forum with Framingham’s State House delegation, along with Mayor Yvonne M. Spicer, to discuss the region’s economic recovery and opportunities for economic development.

The webinar is May 12 from 5 to 6 p.m.

The COVID-19 pandemic has created a series of challenges for the City of Framingham and the MetroWest region of Massachusetts, as it has for communities across the nation. With the rate of vaccinations picking up speed and support coming to communities from the state and federal governments, hope for economic recovery is on the horizon.

The webinar will allow the city’s business community to hear from representatives at the municipal and state levels about plans for economic recovery. It will also be an opportunity for the employers and others to share their thoughts on what they anticipate is next for the region.
