FRAMINGHAM – The City of Framingham Traffic Commission discussed the money left in its fiscal year 2021 FY21 budget at their virtual meeting on Tuesday, April 27. The budget ends on June 30, 2021.

The Commission had a leftover balance of $32,765.04 to start the night.

The Commissioners agreed they wanted to flesh out a scope for the two sections of the City that might need the most work, and put a large portion of money toward repairing and accommodating these sections.

The Commission then voted on a motion to put approximately $25,000 into engineering assessments and recommendations for Brook Street and Potter Road. The motion passed unanimously.

The Commission also discussed what they wanted to do with the remaining $7,765.04.

They voted on a motion for Commission Chair William Sedewitz to use the remainder of this budget on necessary equipment where it seems fit. The motion passed unanimously.
