FRAMINGHAM – Police received a report of an “erratic operator in the parking lot of Red Roof Inn who had almost struck a pedestrian,” last night, April 28, and subsequently arrested a woman from Pennsylvania, said Framingham Police spokesperson Sgt. Rachel Mickens.

Arrested at 9;23 p.m. at Red Roof Inn, 650 Cochituate Road in Framingham was Brook Levesque, 28, of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. She was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and disorderly conduct.

“When officers arrived they located Levesque operating the vehicle and arguing with another individual in the parking lot,” said Sgt. Mickens.

“After a brief investigation she was found to be under the influence of alcohol and placed under arrest,” said Sgt. Mickens.

She was scheduled to be arraigned at Framingham District Court.
